When making a purchase, Hunter Simmonds Gallery accepts cheques for all goods, and dispatches goods after clearance. Credit and Debit cards can be used for in store purchases.

Images may not be displayed as actual size or colour. All sizes, weights and measurements where stated are approximate and are included for guidance only.

MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENTS.

None of the Hunter Simmonds Gallery proprietors, employees, agents or representatives will be liable for damages (including, without limitation, any compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties arising out of or related to, the use of this site or its contents).

Every care has been taken in the preparation of this web site. However, as far as it is permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of information supplied herein.



Cancellation
We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. Hunter Simmonds Gallery Limited does not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within days of receiving the goods.
